The apartment is fully furnished with all the appliances you may require to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. The kitchen is well equipped to inspire your inner chef. This beautifully furnished home is a 790 sqft one bedroom apartment sitting pretty on the 18th floor of a 43 story building. You know what this means right? Amazing views and the most picturesque backdrop for your photos. The living room is equipped with a 65 inch smart HDTV, a JBL sound bar with a woofer oh yes we love bass too. The wifi speed 500mps so you can either work seamlessly without glitches or stream your favorite shows on Netflix. The huge bedroom has one king size bed, fresh sheets, feather pillows and a 43 inch smart HD TV, gorgeous views, bedside USD charging ports and soft LED lights on the bedframe. Oh not to forget the chair in the bedroom to either relax, or help your back while putting your shoes on. Finally, the star of the apartment, the balcony. I promise you that there's nothing a cup of tea or, or a glass of wine and views from the balcony cannot solve. There's one swing chair you can totally chill on with a book or just enjoy the views and two seats and a table in case you have company. While you stay at my home, you'll have access to the pool and Gym in the building along with every other public facility available including one free parking spot in the basement. A second private gym is located on the 24th floor for Tower A residents. Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is loved for its calm ambiance, surrounded by lush gardens and canals evoking a much-needed sense of serenity in a bustling metropolis like Dubai. JVC is about (31.6 km) away from the airport via Al Khail Rd/E44 approximately 24 mins drive. It is also 10 - 15 minutes drive to the Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates and Jumeriah Beach depending on the traffic. Accessing the Dubai Mall or the Downtown area is easy via the E44 Rd which is approximately a 19 minute drive. The best way to travel to and from JVC is through private car, taxi, or via bus shuttle. The closest bus stop to the apartment is Hanover square bus stop and the bus number is J01 to Mall of the Emirates. From the Mall, there is a metro line that connects to rest of the city. You'll need to purchase a metro card at the station (NOL CARD) and top up with cash as this is the acceptable payment method, or you may purchase a one time ticket to your destination. Other options ; download the local taxi service on App store - CAREEM. UBER works just fine as well. There is one free parking lot assigned to the apartment in the basement. Details will be shared upon arrival. Also there is free parking just in front of the Tower. Around the neighborhood, ensure to check for a parking metre when you park and follow the instructions listed to avoid any fines. Mall parking is free in the basement as well as in front of the Mall.
