The room was clean and quiet.

Brilliant would stay there again on my next trip to Montevideo.
The location was ideal, 10min walk to the beach and had a lot of really good restaurants around a few blocks away, the breakfast was phenomenal and the staff and service was beyond reproach.
Exceptional
The service was superb. We needed Ice twice a day for orthopedic reasons and it arrived in 2 minutes, as did milk for tea. Lovely tea setup.
The hallways smelled a bit funky.
