A lot of energy is required to heat up the apartment again. Therefore, the apartment should only be aired twice a day. Please open the windows completely for 5 minutes. When leaving the apartment, make sure that all windows are closed and all lights are turned off. The janitor will check this regularly and will close the windows in the event of non-compliance. ✓ Check-in: You can check in at any time after 4 pm via the key box. ✓ Wifi-Speed: Please be aware, that the internet speed will slow down when a lot of people are connected to the network. That will happen especially in the evening. ✓ Laundry: There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. (Fee 2,5€) ✓ Parking: Usually you will find free parking spaces in the side streets. ✓ Barbecue: There is a barbecue which you can use. ✓ We will provide you with three capsules for the coffee maker, you can get more upon request for 0,50€ each. ✓ Bed linens & towels: We provide 1 towel per guest. Upon request you can get more for 1€/towel. ✓ If you stay for a longer period of time, you can book an extra cleaning for 50€. Please let us know in time. ✓ With your reservation, please let us know whether or not you will need the single bed and/or bed sofa in addition to the queen-sized bed. If we don’t get a message from you, the cleaning team will assume that you will only need one bed for two people and the bed and sofa bed for more than two people and prepare the apartment accordingly.
