The apartment is freshly decorated and painted and has a pleasant ''industrial'' vibe around it. The livingroom is comfortable and private. There's an panoramic view but also privacy shades. There are two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Downstairs on the premise there’s also a quiet and private area to get some fresh air/relax. From the first step you set outside the apartment you can be soaked with culture: The Zaanse Schans is only a 30 minutes walk and it's also a short drive to the beach. The livingroom offers plenty of space for families or groups up to six persons. There’s a large couch and dinner-table. There's also a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave) that provides you with plenty of necessities to realize a lovely meal. There two rooms providing enough privacy if you come with 4 to 6 persons. There are in total two double beds and two single beds. The living room is equipped for 6 persons, making sure there is a sofa en sofa chairs to relax front. Just turn on Netflix on our television or take a brief walk outside and enjoy holiday as it should be. Forget about sharing, there's a private bathroom, toilet and shower and a washing machine for you to use. Outside there’s a private and monitored parking place so you can park here safely. there's also a minimal risk for theft as the resident it's on a private and controlled property. This apartment is excellent for a group of 6 you can enjoy a free-view outside giving it a spacious feel. The location is amazing! The city of ‘’Wormer’ and its authentic landscape is directly at the front door. Take a brief walk outside and only in 30 minutes of walking! you could arrive at the famous ‘’Zaanse Schans’’ and soak in the culture. The train station is closely located and bring you within 17 minutes to Amsterdam. You have double locked doors : one downstairs and the one granting you access to your apartment. You are in a remote area so the only neighbors are the other tourists in the apartments we also offer. There’s security control on the perimeter to make sure everything is safe during day and night. You as guest can access everything in apartment: There’s a wasmachine located in the private bathroom. there's a private hallway only accessible for guests. There are private parking spots located at the front of the building. Guests can reach out to me by phone whenever required and if needed someone can be available at the location. I already gave price about the neighborhood but i add to it that there are many restaurants to enjoy lunch or an meal and enjoy fantastic view on the Zaan and it's factories. Meaning you can have lunch ir dinner directly located at waterside. There's also plenty of nature to enjoy and easily reachable on foot! Just an 15 minutes walk to ''de poel'' and ''t zwet'' and enjoy the view and surrounding of dutch farmland and argiculture. There also many bird's to see for bird for lovers and routes to walk or go with an bike. You can also take the canoe through all the wetlands if you are more the sportive type! On an hot summer day you have plenty of choices to choose from. You can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool ''the pool zwet'' also located near the beautiful natural area but can also go for the beach. There's Wijk aan Zee (only 20km) and Zandvoort (at 25KM). You can take you're car or use uber and it's only a 20 minutes drive. If you alter you're route there's also the famous Zaanse Schans. You already reach the start of the trail in 15 minutes and have you're own tailored tour. If you prefer to do this with bike we recommend renting this at ''wormerveer tweewielers''. We can assist if you have troubles communicating/renting bikes at the store. It's only an small stroll towards the trainstation to get train acces. From where you have good connections to Amsterdam and other interesting places. Wormerveer - Amsterdam : 20 minutes (going till 1 PM) Wormerveer - Schiphol : 30 minutes Wormerveer - Zaandam : 9 minutes Train also goes to Zandvoort if you wish to have an daytrip.
