Short drive away from Los Belones and La Manga Strip The apartment has a communal garden of palm trees & benches to relax the day away and enjoy the parquets who like to fly around the tree tops. A Wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. If you want the atmosphere of a Spanish flavour of a seaside town this is the place for you, but with the benefits of being a short drive to the La Manga Strip for the more touristy feel. Just a very short drive away (7 minutes) to Los Belones, where you can choose from an extensive choice of International cuisine restaurants, tapas and bars. Enjoy the cosmopolitan experience. Mar de Cristal has 2 Marinas, and activities suitable for couples, small children or teenagers. The waters of Mar de Cristal (Clear Glass) are safe and perfect for paddling and swimming safely. The inlet sea Mar Menor, are known as the sea of health, because of the warm waters and healing mud in Lo Pagan and San Pedro del Pinatar. Have fun in the mud which is famous and recommended for arthritic & skin conditions Water sports such as wind surfing and paddle surfing and diving lessons and experiences close by in Cabo de Palos. Close by is La Manga Golf Courses for beginners and avid players. A 3 minute walk to the paddle and racket tennis club where you can hire equipment and courts at very reasonable prices, perfect to entertain the teenagers while you have a drink and bite to eat on the club bar and terrace. Boat tours such as ‘swim and chill out’ or ‘Two sea Tour’ show off the serene costal landscape while soaking up the sunshine. Visit the street markets in the area to buy your fresh fruit and produce and local gifts. If a shopping spree for yourself or the teenagers is required it is a 15 minute drive to the large shopping Mal of Espacio Mediterraneo, where you will find all the high street and Spanish boutiques under one roof with a food hall. Have a day out in Cartagena just a 25 minute drive where there are cosmopolitan boutiques, restaurants, museums, roman theatre and Basteria de Castillitos. Joya Costera is 7km from La Manga Golf Club and 50km ( 30 Minutes) from Murcia International Airport. The City centre of Cartagena is a 25 minute drive away. The guests will be renting the entire apartment We will be there to meet and greet upon arrival, hand over the keys and show how everything works, there's an extensive welcome folder. We live approx. 45 minutes away from the apartment

In the kitchen you'll find everything you need : fridge/freezer, hob, oven, coffee machine & Dolce Gusto, electrical barbecue. All linen and towels are included! There is a communal pool, we already installed some sunbeds for you, free to use.
