Description   The rental is only the downstairs of a three story house. The downstairs (which is completely separate from the upstairs of the house with separate entrances) consists of two bedrooms, two bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Each bedroom also has a separate entrance. Ceiling fans throughout all rooms. Additionally, each bedroom has a 43" smart TV, ceilling fans, AC, and hot water water. PLEASE NOTE: 1. AC ONLY ON BEDROOMS 2. Cleaning on 3rd day, change linen on 6th day
