Our The Etruscan Terrace is Situated in a pedestrian precinct in the centre of town, whit public parking very close to few steps from the house. The house has three floors and a terrace (with barbecue and a fountain) from where you can enjoy breathtaking views over the historical area and the surrounding countryside. The area is infused with Etruscan and medieval history, which will provide the magical backdrop and add flavor to your holiday. On the ground floor is a living area with a table, a sofa, a TV and a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), as well as a small bathroom (no shower) and a washing machine. The living room and kitchen are separated by an archway, under which you can eat at a built-in table with stools. On the first floor are two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with a single bed) and a bathroom with shower. On the third floor is a large panoramic terrace with a barbecue, fountain and..... a stunning view. The house is centrally heated and also has an air-conditioning system. Guests will have the whole house to themselves. We like to make our guests feel right at home. We endeavor to satisfy their needs for a nice holidays.
