If you would like to invite extra guest for a meal is allowed, but please let us know in advance. The check in/out time are available on the site; although we are flexible, if you have any delay or special needs, please not hesitate to contact us to arrange a solution. The house has to be kept and left tidy and clean according to a basic standard (decent clean up, tidy, rubbish disposed - no need to worry about the bed and kitchen linen, they will be laundried straight away). Deposit policy: at check in will be asked a deposit and a temporary contract will be signed by guests and manger, to safeguard both parts.
