Following the recent government announcement, Tremblant will move to Level 4 - red zone as of Monday, December 14th. In accordance with Public Health recommendations, some changes will be made to our operation plan. Here are the highlights: On the mountain - All skiable terrain will remain open. - Lifts boarding will be modified: - Only guests from the same household can get on the chairlift together. 1 lift=1 household - For the gondola, guests from the same household or two single persons can get in the gondola together. - The ski chalets will be used as warm-up refuges with restricted period of use. - No food will be allowed inside. - Restaurant services will be closed. - All personal effects must remain in your vehicles, no bag can be left inside. - The washrooms will remain accessible. - The Snow School will be closed. - Private and semi-private lessons will be canceled as long as Tremblant remains in the red zone. An agent will contact the registered guests to process the refund. - As we do not know how long the Level-4 recommendations will apply, we have decided to postpone the beginning of the seasonal programs to January 16 at the earliest. In the village and its surroundings - In regards to lodging, only people living at the same household may stay together in a unit at a tourist accommodation establishment. - The gym and hot tubs will be closed. - Restaurants will be closed but some of them will offer take-out services. - Rental centers and repair shop will remain open. - Stores and indoor activities will stay open. - The Casino de Mont-Tremblant will be closed. All these changes will be applicable until further notice, according to Public Health recommendations. These apply to everyone, regardless of where you live (Quebec, Ontario or others).
