Finemente arredata, la casa è stata ristrutturata con materiali di pregio mantenendo uno stile sobriamente elegante. E' composta da un salone con divano letto doppio, un angolo cottura con un'isola dove è possibile mangiare, un grande bagno con doccia di coppia e una camera da letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio e un caminetto d'arredo. La smart TV è da 60pollici con abbonamento a Netflix e sistema dolby. Gli ospiti potranno anche sentire liberamente la propria musica collegandosi via WiFi! L'appartamento, ristrutturato recentemente, è composto da una camera matrimoniale, un salone con angolo cottura ed un ampio bagno e si trova al piano rialzato con affaccio sul giardino condominiale. La camera da letto dispone di un ampia cabina armadio, un letto con materasso e cuscini anallergici, ergonomici e traspiranti in memory foam, un caminetto, ed un planetario con il quale potrete trascorrere indimenticabili serate romantiche sotto un cielo stellato. Il rione Prati è oggi caratterizzato dalle strade ampie e regolari, e da palazzi eleganti in stile umbertino. E' uno dei quartieri più rinomati tra i romani stessi per lo shopping, e al contempo tra i migliori per la sicurezza. Vivace di giorno trova la calma la sera, con ristoranti della tradizione romana che non invidiano nulla a quelli del centro storico! E poi come non fare un salto da Franchi per i suoi supplì, da Castroni per le sfiziose specialità e da Sciascia per un ottimo caffè? L'appartamento si trova nel centro del rione Prati, a pochi passi dalla stazione Lepanto della metro e dalla fermata degli autobus che conducono in tutte le direzioni della città (solo 3minuti a piedi!). It has a very central position at four-minute walk from St. Peter’s. Trastevere district is reachable on foot too. The apartment is very well connected, St. Peter's train station at five-minute and 64 bus stop just around the corner. With a few bus stops you can reach all the other main monuments of Rome. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe private street. It is functional and perfect for those who wish to delve into and enjoy the Caput Mundi and not suffer traffic and city noises and is perfect for a couple or a family. We are only five minute-walk far from Piazza San Pietro and its Basilica. The apartment is furnished with care and elegance. The beautiful parquet floor gives an extra charm to this lovely apartment which is very bright and has three balconies, ideal for having breakfast in the open air or for relaxing in the sun.
