The flat itself has a large modern dining kitchen neutrally decorated with seating for 6 and enough cutlery & cooking equipment to make sure you will not have to be eating out every night (unless that is the plan!). There is a fridge/freezer to store your food in the kitchen. The 'Nespresso' machine will be a welcome addition for those guests who spend time sampling the local nightlife. There are two comfy & carpeted bedrooms, both with wardrobe storage, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room & king-sized bed also. Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard with quality decor and Egyptian cotton bed linens. There is a tiled main bathroom with a claw foot bath and shower cubicle. Finally, the living room has stunning wooden flooring, a comfy L-shaped couch, a 43" UHD 4K TV, a Netflix account available for use, an attractive electric fireplace and is very tastefully decorated throughout. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which brings the capacity up to 6 persons. Please note that there is an extra fee for using the sofa bed! For anyone travelling with bags they want to keep in the property, there are also 4 walk-in storage closets each with a good deal of space for luggage or important packages. A facility usage fee is taken at booking - this is your damage waiver fee.
Cop26 is under way! Our property is still available. If you need to make an emergency urgent booking, please get in touch and we will do all we can to get you organised. I can even arrange for just one room at a lower rate. 5 minute walk to Cop-26 at The Hydro and SEC. Two very large double bedrooms, one small bedroom. Central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fast internet, living room. Kitchen with fridge, cooker etc. If laundry dryer is needed, there is a good launderette across the street. This is my home that we are renting for Cop-26. I'll be staying nearby for the duration in case you need any help with anything.
Hallway and Bathroom: Walking in the door, guests are greeted by a large hallway with a family bathroom to the immediate left. Bedroom 1: Straight ahead is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, two bedside drawers, a large integrated wardrobe and one large chest of drawers. Bedroom 2: To the left of the first bedroom is the large bedroom with an ensuite shower room, the bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside drawers, one large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There's a flat screen TV attached to the wall so you can relax and catch up on your favourite programmes. Living Space: This is a large open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and access to the balcony, it is a very well furnished space with flat screen TV and DVD system for entertainment, to the right side of the room is the dining table which could accommodate four and on the right is where the kitchen is located. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully furnished with integrated appliances, from Fridge/freezer to washing machine and dishwasher, oven and gas cooker, electric kettle and toaster, utensils, pots and pans cutleries, plates, bowls, wine glasses etc and last but not the least cleaning products which could be found under the kitchen sink.
